She has a background in insurance, office management and small business and handles CFO and back office responsibilities at Carroll Communications.

Steve May is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience driving business growth and innovation across the energy, technology, and healthcare sectors. At Carroll International, Steve plays a pivotal role supporting business growth with a interest in the power distribution, energy storage, communications, and systems integration markets — with a particular focus on government contracting, critical infrastructure, and energy resilience.

Jordan brings over a decade of experience in law enforcement and government contract security, including overseas work on NATO bases.

Jordan Samon holds a Master’s degree in Information Assurance and a Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence and National Security. She leads key initiatives in marketing and inside sales, driving growth and customer engagement across federal, military, and commercial sectors.

With decades of expertise in military operations, strategic planning, and leadership development, BG Ferdinand "Ferd" Irizarry is a renowned leader with a remarkable career in the US Army.

Chuck comes to us with 33 years of diverse military experience encompassing service with the U.S. Army Band, Submarines, Satellite Communications, Special Operations, and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD).

Born 2 January 1952, he grew up and attended primary and secondary school in Abbeville, SC. Following graduation from high school, he entered The Citadel in Charleston, SC, graduating in 1974 and accepting a commission in the United States Marine Corps.
